Stellar is the word I would use to describe this business. If I could give them above 5 stars- I would!! Unfortunately - I didn't get a chance to meet the entire team , but I can say that Jack and Corey were both awesome! Every business should be so lucky to have above 5 star employees. Incredible service these guys are great !! got me up and going so fast and so Incredibly friendly!! I actually last week tried stopping at another tire & brake Business for something pretty simple, like how long would it take to just air up my low-tire? the Customer Service guy says 2-1/2 hours!! he barely let me finish my question. Won't be ever going back there especially now that I have found All About Tire & Brake these guys know what are doing I highly recommend them!! Mik C
The Owner, and the Manager of ALL ABOUT TIRE have earned my trust as very honest people. In the last 5 months they have performed 2 different Brake jobs for me, plus installed new rear coil springs on a vehicle. The politeness of their service technicians is also appreciated. They will even provide a shuttle for you if you work it out in advance. These are just good, down home, caring honest people who are also very professional. I only wish I could rate them higher than the maximum 5 stars. We need more businesses operated by people like this. If you should happen to have a problem, talk to the Manager, Michael. He will listen and evaluate your concerns. If they are valid, then he will quickly provide a fair solution.
Steven helped me with a leaking tire that had already been patched. Drove me to work and is coming to pick me up at 5! He's going to quote me for replacement tires as well. I felt very respected and taken care of! Definitely would recommend!
